As most of our products are customised to each individual's customers, children, family, or significant others, we are unable to accept returns for our products. Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
